Press Release Policies and Privacy issues. JoCool PR offers a variety of pay per use services. Please read these policies carefully before getting started and where applicable, carefully review your content to ensure your best possible chances for excellent results.
Making a Payment
Payment is due immediately upon release of your Press Distribution Submission. Funds are captured when your press release is submitted. Should you decide not to send out your release the capture is voided the same day.

Payment Processing
Your statement will show a payment to JoCool Enterprises Limited. Credit cards accepted include Visa and MasterCard. An invoice is sent to your email address prior to commencement of your campaign.
Funds and Currencies
All pricing and billing is in CAD. If you are ordering services from the United States or other countries, your checkout page will offer you several other currencies already converted for convenient payment.

Refunds
Payments are for services rendered.

You are responsible for writing a catchy piece. Success is based solely on your submission, so take care to write it well.
Once your Press Release has been approved by you and released, refunds are no longer availble. Charges are not made until your approved release has been distributed. For this reason there are no refunds available unless a charge is made in error.

By making your payment you agree to these terms and dually state and agree that your news release has been submitted to the contact list of your choosing.
It is up to the writer to gain the attention of the target media audience as well as to provide information relevant to the target media. Taking the time to do it right will always produce maximum results. Write a good release, keep it relevant, make sure the information is something of interest to the channel you have selected. We've provided helpful information on formatting your release for the best possible chance for results.
Privacy and JoCool
Information is gathered in order to create a private account for your use. This information is not shared with any third parties and upon your request can be removed from our databases. Should payment information be made available to us by you, that information is not kept on file, but used only for the approved transaction. Payment info is transacted in a secure SSL environment via RBS WorldPay.
Your Press Release
Once submitted, all releases are reviewed for content. Swearing, lewd content or content not relevant to media will not be processed. JoCool.com will not tolerate spam efforts in any way. Adult content is accepted ONLY for adult channels of distribution and must contain no nudity or foul language.
Releases not meeting with these basic guidelines will not be charged a fee or submitted to the media channels requested. An editor must be able to contact you prior to distribution of of your Materials.
